The office is located at 224 Clarendon Street in the heart of the Back Bay between the cross streets of Newbury and Boylston.
Open daily Monday-Thursday, Friday morning and evenings as needed.
The office accepts and is an in-network provider for many types of insurance including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, United Health and Mass Health. Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury claims including motor vehicle accidents also accepted. Please check your insurance provider list. Often Jane D. Lucas or Jane Davenport Lucas is listed in place of Back Bay Physical Therapy.
